i was secetary for today and don was leader of the pack (hahas.... i like to say that we're a pack =D). i didn't run again today cos of ss. wrecked myself, totally cos of ss.
nic. how can you run with that kinda headache? you might just faint on the way u know? if you didn't know, that could've been migraine. anyway, good effort in completing the run, in full =)
don. i hope the run had been successful, cos i wanted to run but still couldn't due to ss. wrecked ss. it really puts people off. btw, how was i to open the store if you took the key with you!?!?!
mark. i was like wth. sunburn cannot run? ... amazed sia. but then again, if your back really hurt, then u shld go see a doctor and see what's wrong/injured. it might just be your spine...
lek.wc.clara. hope u guys recover well and soon. missed you guys around. seems kinda funny when we have lessons without lek and wc. hahas =)

after the run, IZ gave us some taxo review/recap about mammals lagomorpha sirenia cetecea carnivora insectivora rodentia xenarthra primates marsupials monotremes chiroptera (there's still more) ... and then we got back to earth's history. 4.6bya, earth was formed ... blah ... blah ... blah ... ok. i cut this short, or it would be never ending haha =)

anyway, don gave a very cut-short speech due to lack of time (it was already 1910 at least, but nevertheless, he still couldn't avoid it =X). his speech was about putting in effort into everything that we want to do,taking the initiative, and everything else.

we also had prashan in for today. he did like 24 rounds of lvl 3. lagging till the last round with 10 sec behind time, he finished nicely with the last round, 2 secs ahead of time.
CHEERS PRASHAN! YOU DID IT!!!
btw, prashan gave a nice, brief but complex speech about his lvl 3 run. he mentioned about not letting the people around him down, giving it everything that you've got, push till the end, and also the effort, the positive peer influence, the discipline.

IZ added on to prashan's and don's by saying that we need to put in the effort to do everything that we want, but make sure that we have the discipline and effort to keep it going.
anyway, wc is gonna be leader for next week, till further notice as he was sick today. wc, hope u get well soon =)
