... bah. this is the 3rd time i've rebooted my pc. freaky sound card i got from sim lim tho. 52 bucks. a steal from creative =D anyway, had some tough time trying to get it to normal. testing it and all. but well, now it's ok. i guess it's the CD-rom tt's causing all those reboots. taken it out jus now =D *ok.... it din reboot anymore... =D
anyway, ima jus happy tt i got a new sound card, just tt the price is a lil steep to me. a blue note =X it's quite a substantial sum...
was thinking over too many things. i jus got a new notebook to write things down. meaningful, thoughtful, and all the things tt matter to me. well, guess tt's alrdy quite a huge no tho.
--- on 1st oct 2006... went over to big aunt's home to congrat wendy on her full month baby in the afternoon... the baby was there, but wendy was absent =X how can the mother b absent? =X guess she went out to buy some stuff. the baby was cute. nice to cuddle too =D btw, took a computer back home to fix from aunt's house oso. uncle told me the computer wouldn't boot. lian told me the hard disk crashed. so i took it all the way home thinking im gonna take like 2/3 days to fix it. *in the end? nth near hard disk crash. justa v incomplete installation(rather, just upgrading) of the windows. took too long for them tho. guess they din have tt kinda patience =XX
had some refreshments there, then went over to sim lim square arnd 1730. some of those shops were alrdy closing. met ms rebecca tho. shopping for some computer parts wif her family. chinese hubby n his mum =X my pri 3 teacher. well, she's gotten a lil more "hock key", but still could recognise her from the 5th lvl. lols. din expect i'll meet anyone there, cos i was looking for a cool n quiet spot to scan thru those flyers for a gd n cheap sound card. (finally had time to go =D) *anyway, forgot to ask her for a form of contact, tho i noe tt i mite not even meet her again in the future =X
well, got a few tho. 2 of creative's r at the same price. one of em was out of stock. the other was well, quite out of stock too. had to run a few shops to get em =X
dinner was up nxt. had a vegetarian one jus opposite the entrance of OG. well, the food was kinda nice, comparable wif the ones in sch, but not in terms of variety =D
after tt was some shopping wif mum n younger sis at OG n Seiyu. lots of things there, but nth much tt interests me =X the bags looked nice n trendy, but i didn't hav nuff to go arnd for tt. ima still sticking to my fox bag for now. =S
